Working from home has honestly been the best decision I've ever made as a mom. It’s amazing to be able to earn a living while taking care of my kids and watching them grow. Plus, I still have time to travel, catch up with my long-time friends, and enjoy dinner and wine dates with my loving husband. I even get to spend quality time with my dad!
Sure, my schedule is packed, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The best part? I’ve been able to take better care of my health. I’ve gotten into speed walking, Zumba, and just recently, I started riding my bike! My mornings are my time—I wake up at 5:00 A.M. to prepare breakfast and lunch for my two boys, then drive them to school. By 7:00 A.M., I’m ready for my 1.5-hour workout. If I can squeeze all three activities in, even better! Ever since I started this routine, I’ve felt so much more energized and less tired throughout the day. Eating right, taking my vitamins, and adding collagen to my routine definitely help, too!

I’ve learned that when your mind is stressed, it’s harder to stay motivated to exercise. That’s why I prefer to get active in the mornings—I’m definitely a morning person.
Breaking a sweat not only detoxifies my body but also clears my mind, so by the time I log in at 9:00 A.M., I’m ready to tackle my tasks head-on!
I’m so grateful to be part of a VA group that truly supports work-life balance. These days, it’s not just about how long you live but how well you live your life. Virtual Hyenas, thank you for giving me this opportunity and for helping so many others find remote jobs. I hope you continue to change lives for both clients and Filipinos in the years to come!
